So, I went all-in.

I devoured every book, attended every seminar, and spent over $50,000+ on courses. I assessed  every strategy, tested many of them, cash flow, renovations, subdivision, blue chip markets, building my own multi-million-dollar portfolio along the way.

But property isn’t just a solo game. It’s hard to keep pushing forward without knowledge and community, it’s a network game. I wanted to connect with other investors, learn from them, share insights, and build something bigger.

About Jef Miles

My story is a little different to Joe’s, my expertise sits the financial space and that’s where I flourish.

I started out in finance, working across public service roles at the ATO and local government, before moving into financial services, consulting with Managed Funds and Superannuation Funds. I saw firsthand how many people lacked financial literacy, relying on traditional financial advice that often left them stuck rather than moving forward.

That’s when I knew I had to take control of my own future, because this glimpse into where “the money ends up for many Australians”, scared the crap out of me.  

I started searching for the right investment vehicle, and after signing up for a property course in 2017, it became clear property was the path to financial independence. I went all-in, learning everything I could, testing different strategies, and applying them in the real world.

Over the years, I’ve built my own multi-million-dollar property portfolio, completed a multi-million-dollar development in 2021, and settled $10M worth of loans in a single quarter as a mortgage broker, along with my part in the Aus Property Investor portfolio.

But I didn’t stop there.
